What to write about, and where
- Your licence, the software, moving a licence, a server that was lost: email us. Please include your licence number, which is on your account page, and never send us a licence key, a release code or a password.
- Payments, invoices, refunds: Paddle sells the licences and handles payments, so the fastest route is paddle.net. You can also email us and we will take it up with Paddle. The Refunds and Withdrawal page explains what you can ask for.
- Your personal data: how to apply, and what to include, is in section 8 of the Personal Data Notice (KVKK) and in the Privacy Policy.
- A security problem in the site or the software: email us before telling anyone else, so that it can be fixed first.
