This page is what you should know before you buy a cpleks licence: who sells it, what you are buying, what it costs, how you receive it, when you can get your money back, and where to go if something goes wrong. It is published in Turkish and in this English translation; if the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.
1. The seller and the licensor
The seller: Paddle
cpleks licences are sold by Paddle, as merchant of record: Paddle takes the payment, issues the receipt or invoice, and calculates and collects any tax due. The contract of sale is between you and Paddle, under Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Which Paddle company you contract with depends on where you are:
- everywhere except the United States and Canada, Turkey included: Paddle.com Market Limited, registered in England and Wales under number 8172165, 30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom;
- in the United States: Paddle.com Inc., 3811 Ditmars Blvd. #1071, Astoria, New York, NY 11105-1803, USA;
- in Canada: Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd., 22 Adelaide Street West, Suite 3400, Toronto, Ontario M5H 4E3, Canada.
For payments, invoices and refunds you can reach Paddle at paddle.net. Paddle’s current company details are in its Buyer Terms.
The licensor
The right to use the software is granted, under the End User Licence Agreement, by:
- Registered name: Oyuncaklı Şeyler Turizm Organizasyon Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.
- MERSİS number: [mersis — to be supplied]
- Tax office and number: [tax_office — to be supplied] — [tax_number — to be supplied]
- Address: Etiler Mah. Evliya Çelebi Cad. Remel Plaza No:23/106, Beşiktaş, İstanbul, Türkiye
- Email: tunc@oyuncakliseyler.com
- Telephone: [phone — to be supplied]
- KEP: [kep — to be supplied]
2. What you are buying
- A cpleks licence: the right to use the cpleks web hosting control panel on one server, perpetually, and every release published up to one year after your purchase.
- When that year ends, updates stop and nothing else does: the software and every service on your server keep running. To receive updates again you can buy a one-year renewal at any time.
- cpleks is software you install on a server of your own. We do not sell servers, hosting, or server management.
- Anyone may download the software and install it without a licence key; the licence is what lets the panel install updates.
- What the software does is described on the home page and in the user guide.
3. Price and payment
- Licence: USD 35.00.
- One-year renewal: USD 35.00. [TO BE COMPLETED: confirmation of the renewal price]
- Paddle calculates the tax that applies where you are (for example VAT). The checkout shows the total you will pay, taxes included, before you confirm the payment; that total is what you pay. [TO BE COMPLETED: whether USD 35.00 includes or excludes tax — it depends on how the price is set up in Paddle]
- There is no shipping, delivery or other extra charge, no charge for using the means of distance communication, and no deposit.
- The payment methods are those Paddle’s checkout offers.
- A licence is not a subscription: nothing is charged again automatically. You buy a renewal yourself, from your account page, when you want one.
4. How to buy
- On the purchase page, press the buy button; Paddle’s checkout opens on the page.
- Enter what Paddle asks for (such as your email address and country) and your payment details.
- Paddle shows the total, taxes included. Before you confirm, you can see and correct everything you entered, and you can close the checkout without buying.
- When you confirm, the contract of sale is made with Paddle, and Paddle emails you a confirmation of payment (a receipt or invoice).
- Your licence key is sent to the email address you gave at checkout, in a separate message from cpleks.com.
If you paid with a wrong email address, write to us. Paddle’s Buyer Terms are published on paddle.com, and Paddle emails you your confirmation. You can save or print the licence agreement and this page; if you ask, we will email you the versions that were in force on the date of your purchase. The licence agreement is published in Turkish and in an English translation, and the Turkish text prevails; the contract of sale is made in Paddle’s checkout under Paddle’s Buyer Terms, so the languages it can be made in are Paddle’s to offer. [TO BE COMPLETED: the languages in which Paddle offers its Buyer Terms and its checkout]
5. Delivery
- Once Paddle has confirmed your payment, your licence key is emailed to you. When you sign in to your account with the same email address, the key is on your account page too.
- Delivery usually takes a few minutes and in any case no more than thirty days. Nothing physical is delivered.
- If the email does not arrive, first look in your spam folder, then try signing in to your account, or write to us.
- You activate the licence on your server by entering the key in the panel or giving it to the installer; if the server has no internet connection, you can activate it through your account page.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
For distance contracts the consumer usually has a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. The law makes an exception for contracts for intangible goods delivered immediately in electronic form and for services whose performance has begun with the consumer’s approval. Because the licence key is delivered immediately after payment, that exception may apply to your purchase; Paddle’s own refund policy likewise says the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once you have agreed that it may start to be downloaded or used.
Even so, you can ask for a refund, without giving a reason, within 14 days of your purchase. [TO BE COMPLETED: the owner’s confirmation of this refund promise] How to ask, and what a refund does to the licence, are on the Refunds and Withdrawal page. You can send a refund or withdrawal request through paddle.net or by writing to tunc@oyuncakliseyler.com.
7. Technical protection measures
- A licence is bound to the machine code of the server its key is activated on and can be in use on only one server at a time. To move it to another server you first release it; a licence can be released at most twice in any period of 90 days.
- The panel applies an update only if the licence covers that release and the server has received a licence status from cpleks.com within the last 30 days. For that, the server contacts cpleks.com once a day; what it sends is in the Privacy Policy.
- None of these measures stops a website, mail, a database or the panel; they affect only updates.
8. Compatibility
- Supported operating systems: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, Ubuntu 26.04 LTS and Debian 13. The installer refuses an operating system that is neither Debian nor Ubuntu.
- The software is published for the amd64 and arm64 processor architectures. The server must run systemd, and whoever installs it needs administrator (root) access.
- Hosting email on the server itself needs Ubuntu 26.04 or Debian 13; on Ubuntu 24.04 that feature cannot be used.
- The panel is used from a web browser. Current details are on the download page and in the guide.
9. Complaints and disputes
- You can send complaints about the licence or the software to us, using the details above, and complaints about payment, invoices or refunds to Paddle through paddle.net or to us.
- If you are a consumer in Turkey, you can apply to the consumer arbitration committee for disputes within the monetary limits set each year, and to the consumer court for disputes above them, after first applying to mediation where the law requires it.
- If you are a consumer in another country, your right to go to the consumer bodies and courts of that country is not affected.
- We are not party to any other alternative dispute resolution scheme. [TO BE COMPLETED: confirm] The chamber the Company is a member of is named on the Company Information page.
10. Personal data
Paddle processes what you give it at checkout under its own privacy notice. The data we process is described in the Personal Data Notice (KVKK) and the Privacy Policy.
